Did the nude beach section get smaller?
Return to DiscussionsI used to go to Gunnison quite a lot back in pre-Sandy times ... This year is my first year back (with my fiance) and I couldn't help but notice that the beach feels ... "smaller". Did they reduce the real estate allowed to nudists since they re-opened it or is it just me?

hello yeah it is a bit smaller for awhile. They closed off a good portion for birds nesting. Sometime in August they will open it up again and you will once again take those long walks again. Hate that they closed off that area for the birds. But they been doing that for years.
