This is a group for naturist who also enjoy Ham Radio ( Amateur Radio ) as a hobby. We combine the two hobbies together to enjoy them twice as much as one hobby. Ham radio gives nudist a more social out let on a world wide level. Nude recreation gives ham radio opreators more comfort when operating thier radios.

I have noticed the growing numbers of hams who prefer to combine thier naturist hobby. This is the reason is have started this gruop. I notice that Truenudists didn't have a hamnaturist group so I found it nessecary. As the growing members of the groupshow thatI was right. ENJOY!

Yes, there's a few of us. There have also been "nude nets" over the years. I was also operating NU5DE when I visited the US in 2005. :)

I have been hearing stations from all over Europe including England on 20 Meters. Maybe we can start are own pile up.

Well, I did find that travelling to the US and calling CQ using NU5DE (a club call) on 20 metres certainly gets some responses! The combination of callsign and accent did the trick. ;)

I have been looking for local ham naturist for a long time, have not had very good luck.
good to see that im not the only ham naturist in the usa.
im not on HF but I love the hobby and have a good time on 2m and 70cm

Well, there's always IRLP and Echolink (and these days, D-STAR) to cover the longer haul, when HF isn't an option. We're starting to get a bit of a crowd in here. Should try and get some sort of net happening. :)

Good to see a group for ham operators on here. I up greaded a few months ago to extra , my call is KE4KBQ. I also have a certificate from specal event station NU5DE from a few years back
