Did 10K Speedorun on streets, started at 04:45, wearing only a micro brief and shoes, would have preferred to run nude, but starting predawn, it is too dark to run safely on forest trails.
Then after eating and a short nap, as usual, I went for a nude tanning session, including nude workout.
At 10:30 started nude tanning session, with workout, doing 5 sets of 200 on 3 min intervals of simulated telemark ski turns, for total of 1000. (On non-run days I do 2,000 - 4,000 sim-tele-turn workouts.)
