I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the far west valley portion of Phoenix, on the edge of Goodyear, just one mile south of I-10. The home has new carpet, newly painted inside, new appliances, washer & dryer, WiFi. The private back yard has a sunning area with lounges, a covered patio with seating, a large hot-tub spa, gas BBQ, landscaped front and back. Security system. I dont allow smokers or drugs on my property.

I am a senior GWM, a social nudist, and have the master bedroom & bath. I currently have two roommates, both senior gay men. One is leaving on or before 15 March. The bedroom is nicely furnished, has a new double bed and you would have the hallway bathroom to yourself. We are looking for a third roommate, $400 per month, utilities included.
