Close to beaches and resorts in south and central Florida. No kids, pets, smoking, drugs allowed. Provide for your own food and meals, help with the cleaning and upkeep of the space, only asking for you to pay your share of utility costs otherwise no other rent costs. Laundry, off street parking.
