So now that summer is back, and after another year, I'm noticing that the belly flab (my winter coat) is getting harder and harder to dispose of. I do cardio 3-4 times a week, and will do some weight lifting, ab workout etc. and I can feel there is muscle under the flab, but I just can't seem to get it to go. I know it is not possible to target a certain area where fat is stored, but has anyone found something that has been successfull in shedding some fat pounds from the mid section? Thoughts?

Hi, I'm on a Mission to drop at least 2 dress sizes by end of December. It's just getting warmer by us in South Africa, so I saw some Before and After photos of a weight loss milkshake on Facebook. I met up with one of the people who took these photos of themselves and got the Details

It's a Food based milkshake with all natural ingredients, nothing plastic or chemically altered, only dried fruit and vegetables, even the chocolate they use is genuine Cocoa, not some chemical flavourant

I started this past Sunday on a 70 day Mission to loose as much as possible, my Husband took some Current photos of what I look like. Two babies later as an excuse and 38 years old, is leaving it's marks and damage on my body
