Return to DiscussionsThe Country Club is a great place. You can eat, drink and go naked. It's really busy on weekends from noon-6pm. Check it out, you'll like it. Walk in and go to the back of the bar. I believe it's $12 with a towel to go to the clothing optional pool. You sign in, and the guy checks your bag. They serve food and drinks so no outside stuff allowed. Have fun...
I did go two weeks ago, loved it, returned today, and had an equally enjoyable experience. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Guests are also friendly. I met nice, interesting folks on both trips. Elegant atmosphere, gourmet food, generous beverages, fun people, excellent facilities, prices not bad--all make for a five star venue.
Although it's advertised as catering to the GLBT population, my impression from my two visits is that the clientele is at least 50% straight, if that makes a difference to anybody.
I just heard about this place for the first time recently, but it wasn't a very good recommendation. If you all say its a cool place though, i will have to look into visiting one day. Someone mentioned going during winter though...is the pool area indoors? Seems like it would be too cold otherwise.
