Nobody has mentioned piercings. Unlike cock rings and glans rings they are permanent. I have 15 (2 in each nipple, a navel and 10 in my genitals). The two most noticeable are my PA and one at the base of my sack. They are both fairly heavy gauge ( 6 and 5 mm (3 and 4 gauge) respectively held in place with large steel balls.

I have 10 genital piercings as well. PA, Frenum, 2 scrotal, and 6 rung Guiche ladder. Love the look and the sound they make. LOL

Just waiting to swap out to 5mm captive pa ring...a big stretch... hopefully ring will arrive this week
