Return to DiscussionsLast night I hosted a guy I met at a local writing group. He had come over once before for dinner but he could not stay around so I did not get to suggest a hot tub soak. Last night after we ate, I suggested a soak and he agreed. We both stripped down, me quicker than him since I was in shorts and a shirt only. He had come from work. We got in the hot tub around 7pm as the sun was setting. Next thing we know it is after 11pm the stars are out brightly and we had had 4 hours plus of trading life stories and getting to know each other. I have had the hot tub for 23 yrs and I think a 4 hour soak is the longest one I have ever done. The water temp is right about body temp so we did not overheat. Quite an enjoyable evening. I am sure there will be more in the future. Next time he shows up I will be bare at the door. He let me know he is comfy with nudity.
