Male Bonding2

For those who like to explore the concept and dynamics of male bonding. Men are socialized in different ways in different societies, and so many men would like to have close male friendships, yet after spending time establishing a career, primary relationship and live in general, find themselves without close male friends. Many of us want male friends with whom we can share openly without...

Im going to be doing naked bonding this week and have thought about kissing my friend. We both idenoas straight but we're open to kissing (making out) during this. Does thay make it weird that two straight men are into making out with each other?

I think this is a cultural thing. In Europe men kiss all the time. In Australia if you tried to kiss another bloke in a pub you might be beaten up (Aussie males are very threatened by difference). I Kiss many of my male friends happily, and the kisses are returned. I guess it depends a lot on the situation and the males involved. Personally, if women kiss one another all the time why do men think it's an affront to their masculinity in Anglo societies...it should be a normal expression of care, welcome and friendship. Then, of course, there is the kissing that I get involved with when I am with my male partner...that's kissing of an entirely different kind.I suppose it's horses for courses...but if you and the other bloke involved feel it's OK, go for it!

Kissing is just another form of human touch that men crave and
need. And the fact that you are just thinking about is clearly a
need...and your friend as well.

To some people, yes, two straight guys making out is weird. But to some people, two guys being naked together is weird to begin with, not us of course. Unless you have made a vow to somebody that you will never make out with anybody but them, then I say go exploring.

In textile society there are all these rules, meant to keep people in boxes.I believe as nudists, when the clothes come off, those social constraints can go away and be re-written.Just depends on your comfort level. We are sexual/sensual beings. You decide what is good or bad, right or wrong. If you are not breaking any rules, have at 'er !
Let me know how it goes.

As a member of the LGBT community, a peck on the cheek or even on the lips is a quite normal greeting and part of saying goodbye.
As far as making out, making out with another guy who has facial hair is a great experience.

Does thay make it weird that two straight men are into making out with each other? If you're both into, I definitely don't think it's weird. Moreover, I want to give props to both of you for giving yourselves permission to be honest with yourselves and each other about what you're open to. Maybe that's easy for me to say because I'm gay, but I don't think that's it. I have gay friends that I hang out naked with and whom I definitely don't make out with nor do I want to; that's not what I want from them/not our vibe...even though we're both gay. Conversely, I do have some straight friends with whom I do make out with; we make out because we want to and because it feels right in the moment...that doesn't mean that the making out leads to any further sexual contact between us, it does not mean they are less-straight after having made out with me nor does it make them less-straight than the straight guys who don't make out with me. Sexuality is much more fluid and complex than that and is definitely determined by much bigger things than who you make out with. Make out with who you want to make out with and don't get hung up on something like gender. One last share on this line of thinking: I am gay. Have been for many years. Very happy with myself and comfortable/pleased with my gayness. If I were to (for whatever reason) make out with a chick for HOURS, I am damn sure I'd still wake up gay the next morning. My identity would be neither redefined or challenged just because of some making out.

Well said Chris. Attraction can be just as much be related to connection and the person as well asgender. I am always surprised and humbled bythese connections. They do teach us a lot about ourselves. Steve

Yes, most times, depending on the pre-perception of the individual.
I have male friends only and I'm very comfortable to greet them
with a big hug as well as a kiss and likewise at times of parting.
I find this a very natural gesture.
