Men Who Are Average Down There

Since most of us are neither "smaller than average" nor "larger than average" we need a group too!

I have always been self conscious about my size and avoided being nude around people. Now that I have started this journey I am becoming more comfortable with my body and have realized 1) that my insecurities are caused by societal mores that shame nudity; 2) that I am pretty much average size, maybe the small side of average, but average; 3) that it really does not matter; and 3) that the nudist community is one of the most accepting communities around.

I am truly now more comfortable in my on skin, literally, than I have ever been. It is so liberating to accept myself with all my shortcomings and imperfections, and knowing that there others who will accept me for who and what I am. - no pretense.

While my journey has just begun I am looking forward to reaching some milestones (first nude resort, first nude beach, etc) and making new nude friends. I am planning a visit to a resort hopefully later this week. Not a bad start for only starting my journey 2-3 months ago. I know I will be nervous, but I think that is normal and healthy. The only downside that may cause some anxiety and self consciousness is that for me nervousness causes shrinkage - something I can ill afford. lol

Wish me luck!

RE:Self conscious

One of the hardest things I have done was to actually visit a nudist facility and strip down. After that it was so natural that I could not wait to go back and back and back. Enjoy your journey.

RE:Self conscious

I am hoping that the same will hold true for me. I had my first experience just hanging out nude with someone last week. It took me a little time to take my clothes off, but I did. He could tell I was still nervous and talked to me as if it was an everyday thing to make me more comfortable. It took some time but it worked, I was no longer crossing my legs or turning to the side. Just as I was really feeling at ease it was time to go. My only regret is that it took so long.
