Up till 2 years ago never measured. Had ED for at least 5 years , got an implant to fix that. Presurgey prep was using the pump to without the cock ring. It was a pump hold release procedure. The purpose was to help regain from the atrophy. Had to mark the the tube to record progress. I think the longest was 6 inches. Post surgery had to measure to during healing . Have not measured recently last time fully inflated was 5 x 5.25 rock hard . My rock hard I mean can hang a towel off of it. No an implant will not make you bigger it will restore some of what has been lost. It also eliminates turtle syndrome. Deflated ( flacid) maybe 4 x 4.
