I, too, would prefer my overall physique to be what is improved, although it would require concentrated effort!

RE:Do you ever get embarrassed when you are naked around others?At first yes i was embarrassed about my size but after a while i noticed no one was looking at me or not reacting to my size so i was able to relax and enjoy the day. Now i don't think about it much unless there is a large crowd then i try to gauge the scene before stripping down.

RE:Do you ever get embarrassed when you are naked around others?I used to worry about that, but nudism and the love of my partner have really boosted my confidence. Ive definitely grown more comfortable in my own skin by spending time naked on the beach and chatting with other nudists.

RE:Do you ever get embarrassed when you are naked around others?Realized long time ago that there are plenty of us smaller guys out there, played team sports all my life, and saw hundreds of small and large, you become numb to the size difference and just be happy with what you got.
