Where's The Builders?????
Return to DiscussionsSo we have a group of "Supposed Builders". Nobody wants to mention anything they have built, are building or plan to build? I know there are some looking at this group, as I see the view count going up on the threads I have already started. None of y'all have anything to say about anything, even if it's not about building??? I don't think it has to be done nude to count on here, just to be building something. I am kind of surprised the group admin doesn't say anything on here about the project he is working on in New Orleans. I am on some other forums for people who like to make things and they are proud to show off what they are working on, exchange ideas, talk about tools,techniques, or ask questions about how to do things or opinions on new tools and stuff like that. Do any of y'all even know how to build anything or did you just join the group to have another group on your list of groups? Can you even read a tape measure??? Do you even know what a tape measure looks like, ever seen one? C'mon now, surely there is someone out there besides me that has something to say about something to do with a project or tools or something. Add to this post, unless you don't know anything about doing stuff with your hands. Maybe start your own thread about something you are doing.
i've done several projects in the buff. Remodeling bathrooms and whole houses.Wife saw me doing ours and took pictures and shared with the neighbors. She wished they need some work done!
I haven't gotten to do any real projects in the buff, but I would if I had the chance. Although I do have a good bit of experience with a variety of projects and building materials, not to mention the various tools needed to do this type of work. I like starting with an idea of what I want to make, then set about making it happen. Then after it is finished, enjoying using whatever it is I have created.
I am actually a remodeling contractor that works naked when possible. I have placed ads specifically offering my services doing them in the nude and have had some response but very few takers. I am still hopeful.
Is it just you alone, or do you have a crew to work with you? If you have a crew, are you the only one working nude or do some of them work nude too? Do you get to work nude fairly regularly, or just occasionally?
I used to be a remodeling contractor and have done just about everything carpentry wise but only naked on projects around my house. From building cabinets, replacing rotten deck boards to building a built in book case. Oh and lots of painting.
