RE: what was your first gun?

My first gun was a .410. It was a youth model. Short barrel. Single shot bolt action. The safety would automatically engage every time you load it. I still have it one of the safes somewhere.

Mine was a BSA single barrel 12 bore, under the tree one Christmas. Now long gone but I now have 6 shotguns and 5 rifles, all for hunting. Sadly all my handguns were taken away some years ago when they were banned in the UK.

RE: what was your first gun?

My first real gun was a Ruger 10-22. I still have it and love to get it out and "kill" some empty cans or plastic bottles now and then. My collection has grown over the years to include 12 & 20 ga shotguns and a number of handguns. Reload all my shells also - that's almost as much fun as shooting and saves a lot of money.

How about a Montgomery Wards 20 Gauge, pump shotgun. I must have been around 10.

Ruger M44. Looks identical to a Ruger 10/22 except it is a tube feed 44mag. Still have it, awesome brush gun.

My first gun was a Glock 34 9mm. Which I wish I still had it. Got it in 2000 nothing is like that first gun you got and the first time you shoot it.
