Return to DiscussionsHello everyone!! I am new to this group. I have been a nudist for about 8 to 9 years now. Discovered the lifestyle with my now late first husband and fell in love with it. My current husband knows i love to be naked socially but he is not into it himself. He has no issue with me being naked and has even offered to do a clothing optional vacation where i can get naked but he keep something on. That is a good but would LOVE for him to share with me the nakes time too. He is just too concernes that he is too overweight and people will stare or have a problem with it. I have tried to tell him nobody cares but he just doesnt believe that.
Sounds like we are in the same boat! Mine doesn't care about me being naked or going to the nude beach, but he does not participate. I think he feels ashamed of his body but I always tell him no one really cares. It is just the freedom of bring "free" of clothes and it always feels great on the skin to be naked, especially in the sunshine. He has been a few times to the beach and even to a rustic camp and seemed to enjoy it. Life goes on!
Wow. I was surprised to see posts from women!My wife has recently said that she does like it when I am nude at home, but she never participatedeven in bed. Welcome to modern America, arent most of us??When I went to that clothing optional campground earlier this month I found it to be what I had been told: free and open, welcoming, expressive! I met interesting people and had fun conversationsthe big difference is I was nude, or they were, or both of us.I was even flogged by a lady I met! Lots of firsts.I had some of the same thoughts your husbands seem to. I would encourage them to experience it, and then choose.

I am overweight too, but that doesn't stop me from being nude when I can and shirtless unless I am somewhere that doesn't allow it.
Being what people think is what matters most. In the textile world ! !

Really husbands and wives its one of those amazing feelings you could ever enjoy in life. Just do it !
