Happy if your wanting to be Naked while you work. That said property currently vacant and so this is not a matter or myself (or anyone) being there to watch you work naked. Costs need to be reasonable as in with industry type expectation and not inflated because Im searching on this site to allow someone the freedom to work naked (or not) as per their own preferences.
