I have a favorite local bourbon here from the Austin area of Texas. Garrison Brothers. I have been to the distillery and helped bottle some of their batches. Amazing fun two day sof work and great quality bourbon.
Omg that is my favorite one too. Not many people have ever heard of it. Going to the distillery is on my bucket list.
My favorite for the moment is Jim Beam Black. Really smooth and lots of flavor. One of my other favorites, and it was a limited run so it's not available anymore was Duke. It was named after John Wayne and it had a bit of a kick but at the same time was smooth and oaky in flavor.
