Return to DiscussionsI saw it on Netflix about a month ago, and the nudity was portrayed as being natural for some parts of the movie, while others were explicit and practically porn. Overall, though, the tone of the movie was very dark and brooding. I believe I gave it a 3 star rating because it didn't appear to be well written, nor did the acting or limited scenery add anything of real value to the movie.
French cinema is different in that they often do not simulate sex scenes. Instead the actors just have sex like you would drink a cup of water.
