Do nudism rules vary by geographical location?
Return to DiscussionsIn Germany, Munich English garden right in the city, you can strip down while eating lunch. You gotta respect their FKK history. France has tons of naturist places. Finland and Sweden have their traditions. All beaches in Spain are clothing-optional. Some popular vacation spots include Cuba, Mexico, St-Martin, etc.
By contrast, when you visit Arabic countries, it's a big no-no. Arkansas, the US state, is also a big no-no. But you can walk around butt naked in Vermont. Go figure.
For me it boils down to penises and areolas vs. guns. If the human body is seen as natural and beautiful, than violence is abhorred. If bodies are inherently indecent, then guns and weapons are celebrated in public. It's naked nipples vs. naked aggression.
