Return to DiscussionsHow long does it take? If I went smooth rather than just trimmed it would be my preference, but it would certainly take a while, even if the reward of smooth gradual regrowth is a plus.
Before doing it the first time I plucked all the hair with tweezers, a session a day for a week or two. That thinned the regrowth so the epilator did not have to do as much and be as painful. Used a topical for a couple of years, then stopped. Now, about once a week for five minutes or so, depending upon if doing the crack in back. Do not feel or notice any pain.
