Does that mean there'll be no grounds fees collected? Is it now totally single friendly? Does the open house mean anyone can come in?

Yes it means no day fees for first time visitors, half price fees for returning visitors, and yes it is single friendly,,,after all I am single! And make sure you call ahead to let them know you are coming!
