There are practicing nudists worldwide, not constrained by countries, cultures, or race, it's all about living naturally in harmony with nature. As nudists we believe in the wholesomeness of the entire human body, and that exposure to sun and fresh air has definite benefits, both physically and psychologically. We regard no body parts as obscene, and believe in the freedom to associate with other like-minded individuals, while, at the same time, not infringing on the rights of others who do not accept nudism as a lifestyle.
