63 here and just retired little health issues but2 weeks now haven't had to dress till mid morning and been going commando most days life's good
Two things you can try.
Don't wear underwear at all for a week or more. If you are comfortable without it, stop completely and get rid of all that you have.
When it gets warmer, try to find an occasional day when you don't need to get dressed at all.
