For, me I have been going commando nearly all the time from age 12, even changing for gym class in middle and high school, but would wear a jock strap for class. I love being commando, but also have an underwear fetish, I have at least 200 pair of underwear and all types/colors/etc. I say I am an odd one, because I do not wear briefs much at all. At the gym, I am commando or wearing a jock strap, which I find to be sexy as fuck!
In shorts, on vacation, at the gym or yoga class I am commando. When it's cold out, in dress pants and usually at work I am in boxer briefs. I have had a few experiences when my fly was open when commando. The shirt tail covered the opening but I just don't need a problem at work.
Always wear underwear, don't like my balls touching my legs :)
Either bikini type or high on the legs.... 99% of the time.
But love wearing jockstraps either while working out or day to day wear. Love the feeling of snugness in my crotch.
After getting a very bad case of heat rash (or jock itch)in my early 20's, I was told not to wear underwear by my Dr and it would clear up, which it did. I put underwear back on and the rash came back. I took them off, threw them in the bin and never wore any again.
