The nearest places I've discovered are either four hours away in both north and southern directions, you have Assateague Island in Maryland and Jones Beach Lot 6 in Wantagh, Long Island, but if you are not driving you could go to the rooftop of the gloryhole at 2120 West Virginia Ave in DC, the place has a sexual atmosphere, but on the rooftop most guys will leave you alone, and of course there is SpaWorld in Virginia
