- I am trying to get some help with getting everything prepared to take it to the state supreme court. If there is anyone out there with some legal experience that can help, I would welcome any help you are willing to offer. I plan on taking this all the way to the US supreme court if I need to. If you have any recommendations for a good lawyer or a way for me to pay for one, please let me know. This is completely against our lifestyle, and we need to fight back.
- Not wanting my children to go into the foster system, I accepted the deal. I spent 5 years in prison as a sex offender for living the nudist lifestyle in the privacy of my own home (there are not and clubs in Kentucky). I am still fighting my case in the appeals court, but I am doing it all on my own and I have no legal experience except what I have had to learn to make it this far. I just filed my final reply brief, but it looks like I am getting steam rolled again.
- A few months later I met a fellow nudist on here and she started sending photos of her family including her children practicing the nudist lifestyle. My phone automatically uploaded them to the cloud. The cloud company reported it as child phonography. Even though none of the photos or video depicted anything sexual, I was charged. I paid $10,000 for a lawyer who showed up the day of trial and said he wasn't ready but could get me a deal for 20 years at 20% and it would keep my wife out of prison.
- In 2019 I was arrested for child pornography. After living the nudist lifestyle for 8 years, my wife and I moved to Kentucky with our 3-year-old daughter and our 4-year-old son. My kids and wife woke me up one afternoon to get ready for work and we started "singing shake your booty" by KC and The Sunshine Band. I grabbed my phone and started recording. It was cute and I wanted to save the memory.
