Im new to naturism and still discovering what it means to me. I was introduced to the lifestyle through my mother, who has practiced naturism since she was younger and recently shared many of her experiences with me.
She taught me that being comfortable without clothes can simply be a natural part of everyday life whether relaxing at home, getting out of the shower, or enjoying time in a private naturist environment. For me, its about body acceptance, freedom, confidence, and feeling comfortable in my own skin rather than seeing nudity as something shameful.
Im looking forward to learning more about naturism, meeting open-minded people, and discovering the community respectfully.
