- Just wanted to say hi, it's been a busy year already. So much pain in the world, I hope people are finding peace and happiness in the small things. Like the feel of the sun or the cool breeze on your bare skin, swimming naked or naked gardening. I love the grounding of nudity and learning to live a gentle life. Being comfortable in my naked body and enjoying going nude outside is all part of this for me. Peace begins with me, may I share it with you, may it spread out into the world around us. Namaste Sx

I am married and have a supportive husband, I enjoy the social experience of shared nudity in safe environments, with good people. I am exploring the use of nudity for personal change and transformation as a therapist and social scientist.
I discovered a love of being nude when holidaying in Hawaii by myself a few years ago, then realized it helped with my body self-image to take selfies and not hate them, just experimenting with being myself, self-acceptance and sharing that with others :-) I am slowly getting better as a life model, thank you to all who have shared encouragement and feedback :) Yes, almost all the photos are selfies!
If your profile is private or has no photos or descriptive info about you (i.e. you give nothing of yourself), I am unlikely to accept a friend request sorry. We all need simple rules to keep ourselves safe, this is one of mine. I also unfriend or block if you become a sex pest. If you're keen to 'chat', I love a good conversation about culture, identity and spirituality (and nudism). I have a few blog posts on TN around some of these topics and a group - My Naked Self - in which we discuss the relationship between identity and nudism.
If you message me and don't hear back, feel free to try again, my inbox is a little chaotic. Please don't take it personally if you don't hear straight back, sometimes I have to take a break from conversation and slip into contemplation.
I am currently undertaking a research project (an auto-ethnography) which draws on the lenses of nudism and naturism. My blog, As she flies..., is a narrative and perspective that, while in development for many years, has recently been more fully revealed through nudism. Breaking the norm of being clothed has helped me see so many other unnecessary restrictions we place on our selves.
