I enjoy wearing my silicone one its loose fitting but I have read you shouldn't wear for more then 30 minutes at a time

Hi everyone, I use both metal and silicone rings. The metal ones range in diameter from 4.7 to 5 mm, while the silicone ones are 4.4 mm. I wear them all day, including night, sometimes with glans rings. I really like the feeling and the sight of my cock and balls wrapped around the ring.
