Well, 3.5 Months in and still going....
I've completed 11 weeks of Power 90 plus the 4 weeks I worked out prior. I've lost 27 lbs so far - still a long way to go but i don't "feel" fat anymore. In fact, the other day I looked in the mirror and thought - dang boy, you're still fat. I have lots of energy, very few aches and pains and just feel great. I'm down two sizes in most everything. All my clothes are too big but I don't want to buy any more than I have too because they'll be short lived. Another good thing about being a nudist. :)
Exercise today - you'll thank yourself tomorrow!
Best overall workout to date. I burned 1152 calories in 1 hour, 22 minutes. I did the Power 90 Sweat 3-4 workout, abs 200 (yes, 200 ab crunches), and 1.25 miles at 4 mph and 2 degree incline. Pooped, but I feel like I could lift a car! It's an awesome feeling!
This is my final week of Power 90 and I'm pushing hard for the final days.... New pictures Sunday and final measurements for this round. Gonna take a week of lighter cardio and stretching and then start Power 90: Master Series. This is a new workout that bridges Power 90 (the original) and P90X the one on TV all the time in the US. My goal is to complete Power 90:MS and then do P90X. Not sure if I can do that or not but if my shoulders hold up I'll give it my best.
