Why is the Forum so inactive?5 weeks agoGiven that TN has well over 10,000 members, it puzzles me why the Forum is so seldom used. One would think that our members would keep it alive with conversations. Is a puzzlement! |

RE: Why is the Forum so inactive?5 weeks agoWell, if TN cleaned out all the profiles that haven`t been logged on in the last six months, or have no pics, or no text of any kind, we wouldn`t have close to 10,000 members. |

If one assumes that only 10% of the 10K would remain after the pruning, and that of those only 10% are consistently active, then we get 100. At least that`s how I interpret RabbitnBunny`s post. |

RE: Why is the Forum so inactive?5 weeks agoCorrect, sorry. I`m at work and didn`t explain thoroughly. I think after pruning we`d have about 1000 members. |

Now that is some creative accounting. Now I understand how Bernie Madoff convinced those fools 15% interest was possible. |

RE: Why is the Forum so inactive?5 weeks agoDidn`t know we were all required to be able to do math here? LOL, the forum has been extremely active over the past year that this site has been in existance. Much of what a forum would expect to be covered has been covered, and redundantly. It would literally take hours for one to read all the different veins of this forum AND all the individual experiences, opinions, controversies, etc. |

RE: Why is the Forum so inactive?5 weeks ago
Will 62 posts including this one in 4 days do for a starter? Granted, there is the chat room (if one ignores the webcam wankers), but that environment is not conducive to involved, extended discussion. It is nearly impossible to carry on a conversation in any public chat room without interruptions or having what one is responding to scroll off the screen. BBs are the perfect venue for intelligent, thoughtful, unhurried communications that can go on indefinitely (I know of a few threads around the Web over a thousand posts long). Posts can be proofread, refined, edited, updated and referred to days or months later. Chats and boards are equally useful, but for entirely different reasons. Reasonable rationales have been offered above for declining activity on the board, not the least of which is the onset of that unloved season that can be be a downer for naturists. Since I came in a few days ago, after many facilites have shut down for the duration, the lull might well be due to naturists in withdrawal. Perhaps a support group for house-bound nudists is in order. :) |

RE: Why is the Forum so inactive?4 weeks agoNude snow angels? Buttprints in the drifts? As long as it`s indoors, go for it. As crazy as I am, being naked in a New England winter is on my to-do list right below driving white hot needles into my eyeballs. |
