Does anyone know of any natural hot water springs where it's possible to go nude?I would be extremely hesitant to venture out anywhere in Arkansas nude. This is the state where it's illegal to be nude in your own home with anyone other than your spouse.

Holy Geez! That is extreme. Is that one of those old goofy laws still on the books ?Not just one of those 'goofy laws'. Take notice of how many nudist clubs are in Arkansas. ZERO. That is because it is illegal to socialize nude with anyone other than your spouse regardless of the setting.

It is illegal to "advocate, demonstrate, or promote" nudity in Arkansas. Being a member of TN and living in Arkansas could be seen as advocating. Giving out locations to use nude could be seen as promoting, and actually using one of those areas would be demonstrating. The laws probably wouldn't stand up to a First Amendment defense, but whoever wants to challenge the law has to first get charged breaking the law, and that means the risk of being added to a sex offender list. Better to give Arkansas a wide berth until they come out from the 19th century. They don't have to come all the way kicking and screaming to the 21st century, but advancing to the 20th century would be a start.

it a goofy law.. live in TN and share a border know for a fact there
many couples living together and not married. So how do you think
they take showers, let alone have kids,

You can thank savings and loan thief Charles Keating for funding these laws by providing boilerplate text to lawmakers in the 1990s. Since they had been passed once, they just copied them word for word in counties and states all over the country while we were all having drinks in the hot tub. Then it was too late.
