Nude camping areas
Return to DiscussionsHi everyone, I drove down last night. Not sure what is considered the law down here. I LOVE being outdoors. Nude even better. I'll only be down for about a week but I shall return. Any tips or advice on where to camp nude without going to jail. Any information would be appreciated. Looking at the I75 area from Lake City to Naples. Thank you. :) Marc

During weekdays, the Ocala National Forest has great naturist
camping areas. My favorite is Juniper Prairie Wilderness
Area. It is foot access only. Car camping is more
problematic, but you can find spots in ONF that are off the beaten
path and still get your car there.
Florida law is that simple nudity without lewd behavior, or intent
to shock people with you nudity is permitted statewide except in
cities or counties with their own antinudity ordinaces. Brevard
county, Seminole county, and Hernando County each have such
laws.
Bow hunting season is on, so the wildilfe management areas (some of
the best naturist camping around here) are closed
