Naked From The Waist Down

I guess that most of us, like me, prefer to be totally naked for most of the time, without a stitch of clothing covering our bodies. But, especially in the winter time, sometimes it can be warmer to put on a t shirt or vest to keep the body's core warm. When I do this I still like the feeling of being naked from the waist down, so at least part of me is still free, exposed, and the way nature...

We're having a cold snap up north. Chime in if you're just shirtcocking these days, too.

I'm Hoodie-cocked, even gone outside and swept some snow, and I was pretty warm.

I've been wearing two t-shirts and nothing else. One short sleeved under a long sleeved one. I still sleep naked, even in cold weather (flannel sheets are great in winter) but throw on my double shirts and I hang free from the waist down.

Yep, it's cold enough here in the northwoods that I've been happy with a covered torso at times, patiently waiting for weather when I can peel it off again. I did a little search of the term shirtcocking and it looks like it was coined at Burning Man. As usual there were comment blogs full of haters on the practice, dogmatists who claim it isnt truly nudism and fashionistas that consider it creepy costuming. Yikes, have these people ever been north of the Mason Dixon line?
