Young Guys + Back Hair

While body hair is making a comeback, back hair still carries a stigma for some -- especially for younger men.
I'm only recently comfortable showing off my back hair. I'd love to hear from other guys my age and younger, who have struggled with the same issue.
. . . . I'd love to hear from other guys my age and younger, who have struggled with the same issue.
Though quite a bit advanced in age, I started out young, so for what it's worth here's my opinion.
I think most in this group will agree that hair on any part of a man's body is glorious. It may not be the hair on a guy's back that's unappealing, but that backs themselves are underrated. In describing whats arousing about a male body, who doesn't appreciate nice flat abs and/or magnificent pecs? In addition, let's not forget guys' nipples--erogenous turn-on buttons for many, if not most, of us. A layer of hair simply makes chests all that more sensuous.
Turning our focus now to the back. Structurally, the spine supports the entire torso and has an appeal of its own. Things don't get interesting, though, 'til the lower part of the spine--the sacrum, that "plate" just above the top of every butt crack. I especially appreciate it when a lower back has those two cute dimples on either side as well, just above the butt cheeks. As with frontal views, hair adds interrest to backs as well, but the appeal of that part of male anatomy is more subtle until, of course, the ass is stroked or caressed.
And so, here's to celebrating our body hair--everywhere!!!
I used to have a desire for shaved backs on others but I reject it now the hair knows where to grow. Hairy shoulders and backs are hot. My holdout is my ears. Nope nope nope.
Hahaha... yeah, ears and nose are the only places I do any maintenance aside from regular haircuts and beard trims. I've never really understood why there's so much affinity for smooth or extremely maintained body hair among naturists/nudists. I personally find the prepubescent look unappealing.

Such a great perspective. I think this is as near perfect as it gets.
it has been an issue in my 20s. didn't feel comfortable and was willing to shave my back,
it changed after guys i spoke with asked me not to do because they loved my hairy back.
now it s not an issue. i do accept myself and my body because i met guys who liked it and not ashame of it.
when i was younger i thought i was the only one in my environment. in fact wasn't :)
I know this is a bit after the fact for the timing of this post but I am super furry (I'm 28) and for a long time my back was fuzzier than my front (they are about equal now).
I started shaving at 13 and sprouting back hair at 15 at boarding school leading to my morning shave becoming showtime for the other boys and nicknames like Sasquatch. Luckily for me I had the internet and as an early developer knew about bears and was attracted to furry guys so I knew there was a spot out there where my fur would be appreciated.
I still find myself being quite self conscious of my hairy back, especially in mixed company, like at pools and beaches. But honestly, like nudism and my penis, it is what I am and the body I have so I may as well embrace it and have fun in it.
