I wear loose shorts, I used to wear like a bike short type of thing but too restricting. most times I wear a tanktop with and without a sports bra depending on my workout

i normally wear yoga pants/ shorts or running shorts and a tank top dont wear undies and depending on the top determines if i wear a bra or not

3/4 yoga pants or cycling shorts for me with a tank top. I can't stand loose material flapping whilst I'm exercising.
