RE: Queensland Lawyer says time for legal nude beaches. A-Bay arrest

Logic just does not seem to apply. Despite the courts having been very careful to explain the limitation of a section of the state law regarding illegal acts, why is it that the police seem to do themselves no favour by ignoring that and apparently somehow delighting in using the excuse of responding to a complaint. Surely their response to the complaint would have been more appropriate had they advised them of the law and court decisions.there has been talk of supposed surveys. If you ask people will they sign a petition opposing nude beaches and can only garner 450 signatures then the case is lost and the overwhelming majority have no opposition to a nude beach, or at least clothing optional. A better survey would be a sensible estimate oh how many people have been nude in at Alexandra Bay or Granite Bay over the past fifty years. I daresay the numbers would be staggering. On an individual basic i also suggest that some who proteseth too much may also be amongst those numbers from years past but now feel it suits their political agenda to now stand apart.

very true Emz, these articles and user comments seem to be showing that the general public are more accepting of our lifestyle than they were 12 months ago, is it possible that there is a definite change in the air for our cause? it definitely seems to be looking up, that's for sure.
