What's weekend life like at Sunny Rest after Labor Day?

So if the weather is nice enough, are the last couple weekends of the season just as busy as the high season? The reason I ask is because I've always been skeptical on going during that time of year. I'm always afraid it may not be busy enough. On the other hand, I know the one weekend has that 50% off normal-rate special. So I'm thinking it may not be that dead after all at least for that weekend.

We were there almost every weekend this past summer and it was packed. The last weekend in September was kind of dead but it wasn't that warm either.

we go 4-5 weekends a summer. If the weather is nice, it's always pretty crowded. :-)
