Room Wanted, 5-6 months

Looking for a room/garage apartment between ACC Eastview campus
and downtown. My budget is $500-$700 per
month for rent alone. I have two
well-behaved geriatric dogs, 50 lbs. and 20 lbs. They generally like other friendly dogs and
they love cats! I need my own room and
prefer my own bathroom.

About me: 36 y/o, gay
male, degreed, working massage therapist.
Im back in college for a second degree (biotechnology this time
around). Im a serious student so no
time for partying. I do 420 when Im not
studying but Im always studying so thats not very often. I can keep it out of the house if you
prefer. I get around on bike, scooter
and bus so I wont need a car parking space.
I have a flawless rental history.
(Personal credit score not so great).
I always pay on time!!

What Im cool with:
Social drinking, 420, occasional entertaining, friendly dogs, cats,
non-sexual nudism, music at reasonable volumes.

What Im NOT cool with:
Drunks, hard drugs, constant at-home parties, aggressive dogs, pervs,
loud music at odd times, small children in common areas more than
once-in-a-while, mentally unstable people.

*Super-conservative/religious people would probably not be a
good match for me.*

Just looking for a very straight-forward rental situation
where I can be close to campus, get things done and live quietly with no
hassles.
