Return to Discussionsam i missing something on truenudist, there seems to be thousands of members and tons of groups even have a few i have started, others join and post photos may even post a topic once and they crawl back in a shell. i also notice the majority that post are part of this group and if we and a few other are the only one's that are posting than what are the others doing ? really not very much activity on tn when you think about it.

Yes, sir. You are correct, sir. What do you suggest we do to remedy said situation? Network television commercials are probably out our budget.

I've often wondered about this. It does seem to be a very small proportion that are visibly active. I guess there are probably several reasons, main one is probably time. When you search " log in date" it shows you who is online and also in chat. When I've looked, there is often quite a few in chat. I'm guessing that if they spend all their time there, they don't have time to post in the forums. Some may use the site to find people and then go to other sites to cam in private. A lot of people use other well known social networks, and so again, can't find time to post here as well. Others may have been on other nudist sites for some time, got to make friends there and built up a post count, and so again, although they probably have profiles on a few nudist sites, so that they can search for new friends, spend most of their time on the original one. There are probably a lot that are too shy to say anything, and of course, there are the voyeurs and dead profiles.
phil think you sum it up pretty good but i notice that people are reading alot of the post but only read with no feedback, sometimes i think it would just be easier to post on the forum and delete the groups. and linda i was think more along the line of the pbs channel, maybe call it the naked chat hour....

What we need is a "recent post" list, that covers ALL the groups.
You could then see exactly what had been posted, on ANY group at a glance.

Still, if the activity increased by four times what it is now, it would still only be a small percentage of the total users here, but, can you imagine what it would be like trying to keep up with it! :(
