I've been thinking, that should my profile for some reason be deleted, or even if I fall off the twig, it would be a tad inconvenient for you all, to loose all the info that's built up over the last year or so, especially the FAQ's. Perhaps someone should just copy and paste the FAQ thread, (and the comp info threads) either to a "backup group" or at least to their comp, just to be on the safe side. Ditto for the lists here, it would be a shame to loose all our history.

In case someone does have to take over, I'll post my method here for updating the total post list. I think you'll find that it's the easiest way to do it.

I copy the previous list, onto a new page on O/Express to use as a template, I also hold links to other posts by those that have not posted on the "What Does" thread on another page in O/E that I call the "Links Page." (I'll post it below)

I click on the link to the "what does thread" to open that, and then reduce the width of all three pages so that they are all open at the same time, side by side on the screen, (you only need the left hand side of each page) then I just update the list by looking at each comment on the "What does" thread. I scan down the comments, stopping at any profile with over 100 posts, updating the new list, highlighting each total in bold as I go. Most are already on the list, unless they have only just hit 101, then I have to add them.

When I get to the end, there are several usernames left that are not in bold and not updated because they are not on the "What does" thread, so then I click on the links on the "Links page," to find their current totals.

Then I go down the list, cutting and pasting them into numerical order, and then it's ready to post on the forums. (don't forget to copy it from Note Pad)

It is possible to miss someone if they don't post on the "username" thread, so I always keep an eye open when reading the forums for new "Undies onlys" and update the template when I find one.

I try to do it about once a fortnight, but don't always manage it. I won't be offended if someone else has a go, so if you fancy it, feel free.
