This great healthy way to choose

Although many humans choose to eat plants, and fungi, and meat, earning us humans the dubious title omnivore, we are anatomically designed to be herbivorous. The good news is that we can still choose to eat like our herbivorous ancestors while it is better for us. I live entirely on food from just plants and have done so for eight years, and the healthy way when I learned of it, without processed foods, for six years. I am doing well with it since not having really good health to start with. Beans, or chickpeas, or peas, or lentils, are a big part of that. I use whole grain pasta and a lot of potatoes too. And there are a variety of other vegetables, greens and others, and nuts, and seeds, and grains, and some fruits. I choose some prepared things like oat milk, for a small amount of use, and hummus, for more use, and seasonings, and once in a while I will have a little bit of dried seaweed in a cooked meal. With vitamins and extra zinc along with this food I keep my health up, and I recommend this healthy way to any.
