First visit yesterday. A great beach, and having lived in Cardiff area for many years cant believe I havent visited before! Walk to the beach is 15 mins or so but a pleasant stroll with great views. The ladders down to the beach arent for the faint hearted but take a deep breath and go for it.

One down the ladders head left. Before the first part of the headland you will typically see straight couples and the odd male. On the other side of the rocky outcrop was 15 or so males, all respectfully enjoying the glorious sun.

As said before, stay clear of the cliffs as rocks do fall. Plenty of room for plenty of people.

A few fisherman at the beach but they clearly accept the naturists. Little other people passing due to the secluded location.

A great find. Take your lunch and plenty of water, and dont forget to take your rubbish with you at the end of the day!

Yep...totally agree with all that...a great beach and to help keep it that way it's great if you can pickup a bit of beach litter in addition to your own, as they say 'every little helps' :-)
