They closed all Miami-Dade county beaches this week. Originally it was just the city of Miami Beach beaches (South Beach) mostly because of the spring break crowds. Hopefully by May it should be open again, but who knows.

I'm in the Tampa area and currently all of the local nudist clubs are closed except for residents obviously :-(
