From PA North-South Turnpike: exit 34 (Mahoning Valley). Take 209 S. to 443 W. At traffic light after Pizza Hut, turn left onto Mahoning Mountain Road. Go 2.1 Miles. Stay on main road (when in doubt, bare right). Turn left on the dirt road at the Beachwood Lodge sign. Follow to the bottom of the hill, pick up the phone & buzz.

Beechwood is a rustic setting on top of a mountain ridge in the foothills of Pennsylvania's famous Pocono Mountains. Our grounds are not 'glitzy' or 'glamorous' -- but neither are our prices! Should you like to make arrangements or need more information, please call. Hope to see you soon!

Like PSHS, it is a very rustic resort.
ProsThe people are very friendly, ther is a lot of shade,and the rates are very reasonable.
ConsIt`s only a seasonal resort, and doesn`t have an outdoor pool.

***I don`t remember the actual dates*** As they say ~ Not a fancy place, but the perfect spot if you want peace and relaxation. The owners and residents make you feel like you are, "going home to the farm," type feeling, as if you are part of the family!
