About Deer Park Nudist Resort
Sunrises and sunsets at Deer Park are spectacular. The morning sun rewards the early riser with clear blue skies. The setting sun rewards the viewer with reds, grays and all shades in the middle. Deer Park is located at the southern base of Cajon Pass, which is a narrow pass in the San Bernardino Mountains, that connects Southern California to Southern Nevada. We are on the route to Las Vegas. The club property butts up against National Forest land which provides us with great views of flora and fauna. Wildlife seen over the past year have included a bear, bobcat, Mt lion, coyotes, and birds of all colors.
Directions to Deer Park Nudist Resort

This will bring you to the sign for Glen Helen Regional Park. Instead of turning right into the Park, turn left (North) on Glen Helen Road and drive 0.9 mile and you will see the sign, Deer Park Nudist Resort, on the left. Some clean up would do wonders!

The good news is that Deer Park is easy to find and fairly close to town. The bad news is that it's somewhat unkept. There are places that have nice, well cared for yards but there's also quite a few that look terrible and there's delapitated golf carts laying all around the place.
The indoor pool and clubhouse were closed for the summer, but there are two outdoor pools. The water is nice and clear but there were a lot of bugs, paint chips from the bottom of the pool, and other debris floating around as if the filtration system is inadequate.
The cabin was small but comfortable. It would have been nice to have hot water, but we survived without it.
The people were friendly enough. One resident kept playing music so loud it could be heard clearly at the pool, like it or not.
The most disappointing part for us was that besides the pools there's nothing else to do here. No hiking trails, no game room, no TV in the cabins, no clubhouse. There is a tennis court but since we didn't bring equipment it didn't help us much. We stayed for four nights, which was about two nights too many for our taste since the place is kinds boring.
Pros
Easy to find, two pools.
Cons
Unkept, not much to do.

Well- I am sure the weekends are livelier but it was still disappointing to see the condition of the indoor sauna/hot-tub/steamroom. They need some work. The staff I met seemed friendly enough. It also wouldn't hurt to spruce up the trail that used to run behind the campground along the ridge. Aside from that not a bad place but not a stand-out either.
Pros
reasonably sized, nice staff, good weather
Cons
poorly maintained facilities...no real walking/hiking trails

We visited Deer Park on January 2. It was a nice sunny day, but a bit cool to be naked outside. Looks like a great place and we can't wait to get back when the weather warms up.
The big pool with lots of sun decks, water volleyball games and tiki bar seems like the perfect place to spend the weekend.
We have a report and some video of the grounds at a href="http://www.thingstodonude.com"Things To Do Nude/a
Pros
Easy to get to, very friendly management and regular guests, huge pool and sun decks
Cons
Can get windy
