Paradise Gardens Resort is located on 35 acres of rolling hills in beautiful southwest Ohio. This property has easy access being located one mile from a major interstate highway and eighteen miles from downtown Cincinnati. The resort was established in 1972 and has been owned and operated by the present owners for the past 25 years. The club is only one of two facilities in the Midwest that are open year around and always accessible to it’s membership. This is a turnkey operation that is professionally managed by on site managers. The facilities come with a beautiful clubhouse that encloses an Olympic size swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. The full hookup sites surround a spring feed 3 acre fishing lake. The entire facility is encompassed by a variety of indigenous trees and flora. In addition to the property and its facilities, the sale includes trucks, back hoe, club owned living facilities, and all required equipment to maintain the park.
