FIRST MAKE A COPY OF THE FULL SIZE THEN ALTER THE COPY. To size down pix depends on what programme your running, I use `Serif Photo plus X3` there you go to (`Image` on top menu) drop down menu (image size) from there a window opens where you can make it any size you want.
