A Little Lost on the New Site but Still at Home Among My Fellow Nudists ❤️

There is something rather funny about being comfortable enough to spend a sunny afternoon without a stitch of clothing, yet feeling completely lost when trying to find your way around a website 😂

I have to admit, that has been me lately!

I assume like alot of nudist on here, I have been exploring the new TrueNudists site. I do appreciate the cleaner appearance and I can see that changes have been made with good intentions. But goodness, I sometimes find myself clicking around, trying to remember where something used to be or wondering whether I have simply overlooked a feature that was once so easy to find

Perhaps I am not the only one?

I have spent a little time wondering whether I am just being slow to adjust or whether some of you are sitting on the other side of your screens thinking exactly the same thing. Either way, I thought it might be nice to talk about it, especially with those of us who have been part of the nudist community for a good while

For me, nudism has always been about more than taking off my clothes

There is a lovely kind of simplicity in being outdoors, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, enjoying a gentle breeze and not worrying about whether your body looks the way somebody else thinks it should. It reminds me that we spend so much of our lives trying to meet expectations, dress a certain way and present a particular version of ourselves to the world

Sometimes it feels good to put all of that aside!

And I think that same feeling is what makes a community like this special. We come from different backgrounds, different states, different generations and different walks of life. Some of us discovered nudism many years ago, while others are only beginning to explore it. Some enjoy nude beaches and resorts, while others are perfectly happy enjoying their own little clothes-free moments at home.

There is room for all those experiences.

What matters to me is the understanding that we can meet one another without so many of the usual expectations. A good conversation, a little laughter, a shared experience or even a friendship that grows slowly over time can mean far more than a photograph or a profile ever could

That is why I hope the new site will continue to make those connections possible, even as we all learn our way around it.

I would love to find old friends more easily, discover interesting conversations, come across new blogs and meet people whose experiences might teach me something I never knew. I would also love for newer members to feel welcome rather than overwhelmed when they first arrive

After all, we were all new to this lifestyle at some point. Someone probably made us feel comfortable, answered a question or helped us understand that there was nothing strange about wanting to enjoy life in a more natural way

We should keep offering that same kindness to one another.

And for those of us who have been around for years, perhaps we can be a little patient with the changes while still speaking honestly about what works and what does not. A cleaner looking website is lovely, of course but a welcoming community is what makes people want to stay!

So, I have a few questions for anyone who cared to read this far and I would genuinely enjoy hearing your thoughts

How are you finding the new TrueNudists site? Have you settled into it already, or are you still finding yourself searching for things that used to be easy to locate?

Is there a feature you particularly miss from the old site? And more importantly, what would you most like to see improved so that connecting with fellow nudists feels natural again?

I am especially curious to hear from those who have been nudists for many years. You have seen how this community has changed and I imagine you have some wonderful memories of the friendships, conversations and experiences that have made it worthwhile.

Please share your thoughts, your suggestions or even a little story about how you first found your way into nudism. I would love for this to become a friendly conversation rather than just another discussion about website changes.

For now, I will keep exploring, keep learning and hopefully stop clicking the wrong things quite so often 😉
